Executive Forum
The Executive Forum is the highest body of SPRINT!. It is made up of the founding partner and the executive consultants, meets regularly to initiate and follow up projects, and reviews the overall performance of the company.
Andreas Stephan

Andreas Stephan is a key executive consultant with more than 30 years of business experience. He has led numerous projects in industries such as utilities and oil and gas exploration, and completed several high-profile projects for our clients. His main focus is developing and restructuring business processes in the electricity, gas and water industries. For more than ten years he has also worked on the valuation and global marketing of large-scale power plants. His analysis of investment opportunities and management of the related implementation projects make him one of the most important contacts in the company. Andreas also has practical project experience in developing and emerging countries.
Anduena Stephan

Anduena Stephan has more than 30 years of experience in different countries and business environments. She specialises in acquisitions, concessions and transaction management, in reengineering organisational structures and in cross-cultural organisational development, and has taken part in a large number of projects in more than 30 countries. She works closely with both the private and the public sector, especially on public-private partnerships, whether concessions, investments, trade sales or consulting. Her work spans infrastructure, energy, education, health, services and retail as well as non-profit organisations. She has lived and worked in Albania, the United Kingdom and Germany, with projects in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Greece, North Macedonia, Malta, Germany and the US.
Project consultants
SPRINT! assigns each project to dedicated executive and senior consultants. They are the focal point of the project and accompany our clients from start to finish, supported by specialists and analysts so our advice is as thorough as possible.

Joel Stephan has been part of our team since 2019. With a university background in economics and business economics, he has worked on projects in Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland and throughout Germany. His expertise covers financial aspects, budgeting and tax.
Enya Petra Stephan

Enya Stephan has been with the company since 2017. She studied in France and Germany and specialises in business law. Alongside contract management and human resources, she is responsible for recruiting, our social media presence and online marketing.
Office management
Our office makes sure SPRINT! people and their partners can work in a friendly, modern environment with every facility they need. It also handles project logistics: travel, accommodation, scheduling, meetings, translation and interpreting.

Gierle Asllanaj joined the team in November 2023 as an intern. She studies international relations at a university of applied sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia and is gaining hands-on experience at SPRINT!, taking part in international projects and handling research and database work for troveo.
