CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Andreas Stephan
Mr. Andreas Stephan is a key executive consultant with more than 30 years business experience, who has led and processed numerous projects in several industries such as utilities as well as oil and gas exploration. He has successfully completed several high-profile projects on behalf of our clients. The development or restructuring of business processes in the utilities industry for electricity, gas and water has been his main focus. For more than 10 years, he has also been involved in the valuation and global marketing of large-scale power plants. The complementary analysis of investment opportunities and the management of related implementation projects have made Andreas one of the most important contacts in the company. Andreas also has practical project experience in developing and emerging countries.

Anduena Stephan
Mrs. Anduena Stephan looks back at more than 30 years’ work experience in different countries and business environments. Specialized in acquisitions, concessions and transaction management, reengineering of organizational structures and cross-cultural organisational developments, she has participated in a large number of projects in more than 30 countries worldwide. She has been working intensively both with the private and the public sector especially in the field of public private partnerships, be that in the form of concessions, investments, trade sales or consulting. Her work spans over infrastructure industry to energy, education, health, services and retail as well as not for profit organizations. She has lived and worked in Albania, United Kingdom, Germany and has carried out numerous projects in Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Greece, Macedonia, Malta, Germany, US, etc.

Patrick Joel Stephan
Mr. Joel Stephan is our Junior Project Consultant. He has been a member of our team since 2019. With his university background in economics and business economics, he constitutes a valuable part of our company. Mr. Joel Stephan has been involved in projects executed in Greece, the Netherlands, Ireland and throughout Germany. His expertise includes financial aspects, budgeting, and tax issues.
Enya Petra Stephan
Mrs. Enya Stephan is our Legal Advisor and has been with the company since 2017. She has completed her studies in France and Germany and is specialized in business law. While she completes tasks in the areas of contract management and human resources, she is also responsible for recruiting and our social media presence as well as online marketing.

Florian Hock
Mr. Florian Hock is our Office Manager and joined the team in January 2023. As a part of his tasks, he oversees all daily progress and coordinates all team members.
Trainee
Gierle Asllanaj
Mrs. Gierle Asllanaj joined the team in November 2023 as an intern. She is studying international relations at a NRW University of Applied Sciences and is gathering first-hand work experience at SPRINT! Her main focus is on understanding of and participating in international projects at SPRINT! and particularly research and database data processing for troveo (more on www.troveo.de), the unique SPRINT! Energy Consulting online platform for used power plants and related equipment.

Power Consult Kehrer GmbH is an independent IT consulting company for the energy industry and in energy management.
